Madame & Yves offers several options for customers to receive our products.
 
Shipping

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not currently ship within or outside of Australia. Delivery is available within a limited radius of our shop through external delivery partners.

Website orders:
Have something a bit special coming up? Custom orders for cakes, viennoiserie packages, desserts and/or savoury collections can be purchased through our website madameandyves.com.au. All orders must be prepaid at least 48 hours in advance to ensure product availability. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your desired collection date and time as well as any special notes for your order. Your order can then be picked up from our shop at your desired pickup time and day.

If your order is urgent and requires less than 48hours notice, please email us, give our shop a call at 02 7900 8498 or visit in person to see what products are available that will suit your event. If there are any dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering to be sure your desired product will suit your needs.

We are always happy to collaborate with our customers on treats for a special event. Customisation of orders may require a customised quote and turnaround time, so if you are after something a bit different than what is available on our website or in store please get in touch.

Terms & Conditions

Madame & Yves aims to deliver the best possible product, and the Terms and Conditions as noted here will help to assist us make that happen for customers. All online and telephone orders must be prepaid in advance of item collection, and many items require ordering 48 hours prior to the desired collection time to ensure the availability of ingredients. Customisation of orders may require a customised quote and turnaround time, so if you are after something a bit different than what is available on our website or in store please get in touch.

Orders can be placed online, in store, through one of our delivery partners, or over the phone. Online orders will receive an emailed order confirmation on purchase. Please retain a copy of this confirmation as a receipt for your records and when collecting your order.

We make every effort to accurately depict each product as pictured on our website, but please keep in mind that all products are made by hand, featuring all natural ingredients, so some slight variations in appearance can occur. Your screen settings may also impact colour representation. If you are unsure about any of our product’s features or appearance, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. 

Gift purchases
We require the gift recipient’s contact details in the event they aren’t available to collect their order. If this is the case, we will do our best to contact them and make alternate arrangements or discuss a safe place for the order to be left unattended. Our staff do their very best to ensure a smooth, successful delivery. 

Payment
All prices are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars)
. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress credit and debit cards. For customers visiting us in-store, we also accept cash payments.

Refund/Exchanges/Cancellations
Will gladly refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, but this does not include breakages in the delivery process where the delivery is out of our control (e.g. courier deliveries).

Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you:


• Simply change your mind, or


• Make a wrong decision.

For all pre-orders, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations otherwise your total order cost cannot be refunded.
